1. Continue to grow CTAE partnership to help foster pipeline for workforce
2. Improve existing programs and add additional programming to support
   industry and work-based learning
3. Facilitate Manufacturing Roundtable
4. Educate businesses on changing trends in workforce
5. Leverage workforce resources to increase skilled workforce
6. Assess industry needs relevant to foundational skills needed by new
   entrants to the workforce

• Sustain four months operating reserves
• Assess staff structure and needs

• Expand the already robust social media marketing campaigns around attracting visitors to Dawsonville & Dawson County
• Continue filming of attractions and promoting engaging video content
• Work with the city/county to encourage tourism growth
• Work with current partners to encourage additional food truck events, outdoor concerts, etc.
